The Association of American Publishers (AAP) and technology company Vermillio will team up to find and remove “infringing copies of literary works from online sites, including a rapidly rising flood of unauthorized generative AI copies that substantially reproduce, mimic, and perform protected audiobooks.” Vermillio will use its TraceID technology to monitor, track, and take down infringing works.
